How TriCounty Services is Addressing COVID-19

A Message from TriCounty Services Regarding COVID-19

The health and safety of our customers, employees, and community at large is something we prioritize at all times. However, in the face of the current situation, we wanted to make a point to share the additional precautions we are taking to protect everyone as much as possible while continuing to offer our quality services.

Like the rest of the world, we are closely monitoring the rapidly-evolving situation to ensure that we are doing everything recommended by the Center for Disease Control and the World Health Organization. That said, we understand that the need for a reliable home service provider is not going to go away. Indeed, with many people isolated at home for much longer periods of time than usual, problems could actually crop up at a higher frequency. This is why we are striving for business continuity as much as possible during this outbreak.

Some of the precautions that you can expect from us include:

  • Increased cleaning and sanitization protocols: Commonly used surfaces such as doorknobs, countertops, computers, telephones, and handrails will be addressed much more frequently. Technicians will also be equipped with disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer at all times for use throughout their visit.

  • Maintaining a safe personal distance: Though we would love to shake your hand when we arrive at your door, we will be striving to maintain the recommended distance away from our customers and fellow employees as much as possible.

  • Protective coverings: As we always have, our technicians will continue to utilize drop cloths and wear booties to avoid bringing anything in from outside.

  • Employee care: For their own protection as well as that of our customers, we have asked that anyone who feels even mildly unwell stays home and consults a doctor.

We will also be keeping to the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization, and ask customers the following questions prior to the visit:

  • Have you traveled to a country for which the CDC has issued a Level 2 or 3 travel designation within the last 14 days?

  • Have you had contact with any Persons Under Investigation (PUIs) for COVID-19 within the last 14 days, OR with anyone with known COVID-19?

  • Do you have any symptoms of a respiratory infection (e.g., cough, sore throat, fever, or shortness of breath)?

We are so grateful for your understanding during this stressful and challenging time. Though these precautions may be temporarily inconvenient, we are striving to be as careful as we can to preserve the safety and wellness of all of our customers. Currently, it is unclear how long these restrictions will be necessary, but we will do our best to communicate to all of our customers as the situation continues to evolve.

If you have any further questions, or find yourself in need of repairs or emergency service, we are prepared to continue serving you with these protocols in place. Call our office at (805) 500-2944 today to speak to our team.
