Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative

Our customer service representatives are the foundation of our business, and make our operations move smoothly day after day. Customer service representatives are the first and primary point of contact for customers who call in with questions or wish to book services, which means they must be able to communicate clearly, close service sales, and accurately input data into computers. As dispatchers and customer service representatives, employees are responsible for routing, dispatching and debriefing field technicians, ordering parts as needed, and managing paperwork in the office.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a customer service position, particularly in a call center. Sales experience is also a bonus. This is a full-time position located in Camarillo, California.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one (1) year of dispatch experience
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task efficiently
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately enter data into a computer
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in demands, delays, or unexpected events

Office Manager

The office manager is the behind-the-scenes hero at TriCounty Services, performing a number of support tasks that keep our office moving efficiently. Office managers handle general internal work, including but not limited to accounting functions, office technology management, handling postal service duties, and customer billing needs. Our office manager provides much-needed support for customers by handling customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback, including acting as their advocate to ensure their issue is handled with urgency. The office manager also creates reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, prepares daily deposits to check against accounts receivable, and performs other duties as assigned.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of previous office management experience. This is a full-time position located in Camarillo, CA.

  • Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner to customers, vendors, staff, and the general public
